It is said to be high in amino acid L-Theanin, which promotes the production of alpha waves in the brain and is known to induce relaxation and produce dopamine and serotonin -also known as mood enhancers and memory boosters.
How to Make the Perfect Oat Matcha Latte
- Blend 1 1/2 tsp. of 100% green tea matcha powder with 150 ml of hot oat milk in a blender and pour into your favourite cup. Done.
My favourite snack to have with my Matcha lattes are the Larabar Peanut Butter Choc Chip bars … best bars out there IMO.
