Dental care is big in this household and I’m always looking for new ways to improve my routine – how’s that for a hobby!
Oil pulling. I detoxify and improve my gum health with a tbsp of organic coconut oil with a little bit of peppermint essential oil. THE BEST.
Bamboo Toothbrush. The Humble Co. toothbrushes are antimicrobial by trait – who wants bacteria growing on their toothbrush handle …UGH!!!
Floss. Every day. Natural wax floss when on the go and water floss when at home.
Mouth wash. If I want to be extra, Ben & Anna Sensitive Mouthwash is the best IMO.
Mints. Last minute resort – find Peppersmith mints in my bag always… you never know.
Monthly Turmeric. This is for monthly maintenance, definitely not an everyday thing. I dip my toothbrush in turmeric powder and baking soda, brush for about 2 minutes then rinse off and brush again with regular toothpaste. Thank me lateeeeeer.
